عرف جامعه ممکنه غلط باشه...مثلا زمان شاه تریاک عرف بوده،ولی درست هم بوده؟!

ببین قانون رو یه سری افراد تصمیم نمیگیرن که اجرا کنن یا ن،ملت حکومت رو انتخاب میکنن که بیاد و حاکمیت جامعه رو دستش بگیره،و حاکمیت هم قانون رو تعیین میکنه.همه جا همینه
