Is your safety more important to you, or your job, your life, or your money? Would you like to see a civil war erupt and be attacked from the outside at the same time? If you like being attacked on the street with a traffic sign and then shot alive, then yes, the internet should be open.

how exactly does giving access to internet to certien people at specific times not a security hazard?why can't I use internet normally, but I do when I‌ get to a specific university?telegram and other websites still uses encryption to communicate anyways, so there is literally no point in that
