we were all watching from the control room, whispering desperate prayers that he’d make it.By my command, dozens of highly specialized vehicles (including a non‑stick frying pan and one heroic shovel) were dispatched to retrieve him.He suffered a few scratches—mostly emotional—but he’ll recover.
It was the first time we rescued a pig from the depths of lion territory without a single human injury… just our pride.We never leave a pig behind.
