@AhrmAhrm3 August 2024زن کافری که در جنگ به اسارت مسلمانان در میآمد، در صورتی که به هر دلیلی آزاد نمیشد، به منزله کنیز محسوب شده، این امر در حکم طلاق وی از همسر قبلی کافرش بود. در نتیجه بعد از گذراندن دوران عده، میتوانست * مالکش محسوب گردد.
